If former students of MVHS need to request a copy of their transcript, or have any questions, please email: Ashley_Olsen@rsu40.org

Be sure to include the following:

Student name (maiden)

Date of Birth

Year of graduation or last attendance

Name and address of the school or college

and current phone number in case we need to reach out for verification.

There is no fee for a transcript.
